Description:

The primary function of this position is to assist the Technology Director with Tier 2 troubleshooting, project assistance, purchasing, and hardware maintenance, setup, and support. Specific duties for this position include but are not limited to the support of Microsoft Office 365 software including Classroom OneNote, Teams, Zoom, and Blackbaud Student Information System; performing database assistance with troubleshooting, researching solutions, executing solutions, maintenance, and reporting; and evaluating and purchasing hardware and software as needed. Candidate must have demonstrated success in working with people, working under sensitive deadlines, and performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Blackbaud data system and SQL understanding a plus.
