MICDS (Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day School) is seeking a Technology Support Supervisor to lead the service desk support services for two service desks, four service desk technicians, plus student employees and interns. Job duties include full support of hardware and software (academic, productivity, core) on both Windows and Macintosh platforms, plus classroom AV and other systems support duties. This position reports to the Director of Technology and is responsible for the coordination and resolution of complex service issue. Successful candidates must have five years technical support and supervisory experience which includes desktop support and repair of Windows and Macintosh computers; experience in wireless networked and mobile computing; experience in a managed computing environment; and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced collaborative team supporting children and adults. BA in computer engineering, information systems, or directly related field required. This is a full-time, 12-month position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
