Maintains computer software images for placement on the computer hard drives of desktops, in labs and in mediated classrooms, reflecting ITS configuration standards, Active Directory policy and categories approved by ITS leadership. |

Education and Experience |
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate degree in computers or electronics. Experience working in an educational environment. |
Licenses, Certifications & Registrations |
Windows 10 MCP certification and CompTia Network + certification required within 6 months of employment. Preferred: Advanced certification in networking, computer management, or equivalent. Microsoft Professional Certification. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities |
Problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information. |
Additional Requirements (e.g. Physical Demands) |
Ability to move equipment weighing as much as 50 pounds on a daily basis. |
