Technology Teacher
Lakeview Academy is seeking an individual with experience or desire to use available technologies and student-centered pedagogies to enhance learning. We are looking for a strong facilitator who is passionate about fostering a love of learning. Qualified candidate will develop integrated lesson plans using current hardware, software, and applications, teach technology classes to Middle and Upper School students in a computer lab setting, and help other teachers integrate technology. It is essential that the qualified candidate coach the First Lego league Robotics Team and participate in local competitions.
Technology Knowledge:
Basic skills with the following technology applications are preferred but not essential:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a science, math or technology related field

Teaching experience preferred

Salary is competitive and depends on experience and qualifications. Health benefits are available. Duties begin August 1, 2020.
