Technology Teacher K-2
Woodland School, a small JK-8th grade independent school located in the beautiful hills of Portola Valley just west of Stanford University, is seeking a one-day per week Technology Teacher for grades K-2. Rooted in the philosophy of a well-balanced education (www.woodland-school.org), Woodland offers strong academic, arts, and character education programs in an inclusive and diverse community.
Technology at Woodland School begins with basic computer skills in K-2 and moves through robotics, multi-media, coding, 3-D printing, and Design Thinking processes as our students progress through toward 8th grade. The program is well established and successful with strong support from students, teachers, and parents.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and K-2 level teaching experience are required. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Salary is negotiable and based upon experience and qualifications.
