Website and Communications Manager
Rodeph Sholom School, a Reform Jewish N-8 school, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is seeking a highly-motivated team player to manage the website and assist in communications to effectively message to the RSS community. Primary responsibilities include using Blackbaud K-12 Suite and NetCommunity software; designing, editing, and maintaining web pages, schedules, and reports; providing technical support to parents and teachers; assisting in development and execution of communication plans; managing data; and building and implementing necessary documents. The Website and Communications Manager reports to the Director of Engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Proficiency with Blackbaud K-12 Suite (required) and familiarity with NetCommunity, Raiser’s Edge, OnBoard, and Core

Excellent organizational, writing, editing, and data-collection skills

Outstanding judgment and maturity

Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities and Duties

Design, edit, organize and maintain all external and internal web pages to establish continuity of appearance, tone, copy, imagery, and ensure accuracy of information

Build, maintain, and support student schedules and reports

Provide technical support for the website for faculty, staff, and families

Design and implement all school communications using Blackbaud K-12 Suite and NetCommunity software

Manage data flow for website forms
