STEM Chairperson

SCS is seeking a secondary division STEM Chairperson. This individual will provide leadership and mentorship to all faculty members within the academic departments as a true pedagogy expert and veteran educator. It is a full time position, but the chair’s course load would be limited to one course with two class sections. The focus of this role would be to develop the educator skills and professional development of the department’s faculty. Qualifications include:  Master’s degree, leadership experience preferred, strong connection with a local Evangelical church, and a desire to mentor faculty.
