Information Technology Support Specialist
Summary:
Seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill a full-time, 12-month contract, Information Technology Support Specialist position.
Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripheral, multimedia and software
-
Provide desktop, phone, and software support to faculty/staff/students
-
Document and report progress and actions performed on all technology

Complete work orders accurately and on time
-
Assist with installations, inventory and documentation
Qualifications:
-
AAS degree in computer or information technology, or a related field
-
3 years related experience, or equivalent
-
A+ certification and Apple experience strongly desired
-
Excellent organization, communication, and customer service sills
-
Demonstrated ability to work as a viable team member in an enterprise network environment

Strong analytical skills
