Job Description Summary: |
The Director, Technology and Information Management (TIM), Division of Operations, provides strategic leadership, vision, oversight and management for all aspects of technology systems in the Division, with a particular focus on technology systems that facilitate effective service operations. The Director is a key business partner to line managers in establishing technology-driven business improvements. The Director leads a small team of technology professionals who provide business application, infrastructure security and staff-assistance services to the Division. The Director ensures that the Division’s systems implement the requirements of Division of Information Technology security and that Division practices are aligned with university best-practices related to technology. Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 8 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 6 years of relevant professional experience. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
