Technology Education Teacher

Seeking a versatile technology education teacher who has the ability to teach in both the upper and middle schools. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative teaching environment and has the ability to use data to differentiate instruction in a student-centered class.

The Woodward School is an independent, college preparatory day school for girls in grades 6 - 12, located in Quincy, MA since 1894.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in the subject or associated area. Master’s degree preferred.

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years teaching experience.

• Successful candidates would: teach the skills, knowledge, and scientific attitudes through courses in technology education; implement a program involving demonstrations, lectures, discussions, and student experiments including Lego Robotics and coding; instruct students in the proper use, care and safe handling of equipment and the use of office applications.  

• The candidate will be comfortable with the Mac OS.
