ITC Technicians

Rallim Prep… an exciting new private school situated on Berkshire Boulevard, Sunningdale, in the Western Cape, is seeking to employ ICT Technicians to join the IT Department in January 2019:

Job description:

• All new MacBook, iMac and iPad set-up and configurations, both hardware and software as specified

• Keeping technology and general administration documentation up to date and accurate

• Assigning print credits to staff and learners

• Macbook maintenance and support

• iMac and Mac mini maintenance and support

• Server and network administration

• Network maintenance and support

• Keeping all software current and up to date on devices

• Assisting and supporting the IT Department in general with tasks and requests

• Keeping the asset register up to date

• Assisting with major and minor projects enabling the IT Manager to meet deadlines

• Enrolling new staff and learners into the various systems

• Assisting with the training of staff and learners

• Assisting staff and learners with printing and printers

• Assisting with printers re paper and toner as well as clearing misfeeds

• Ensuring all service related faults are logged with service providers including following up and providing feedback
