IT Specialist
Our IT Department provides hardware, software, and systems technology services and support to all students, faculty, and staff.

Collaborate in the development and implementation of systems protocols

Provide technical support and training to students, faculty, and staff:
-
Setup, deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, and update software, hardware as needed for classrooms, offices, common spaces, conference areas
-
Supported devices may include, but are not limited to: copiers, printers, desktops, laptops, iPads, smart phones, interactive whiteboards, Apple TV’s, projectors, document cameras

Basic A/V and videoconferencing knowledge a plus

Familiarity with MDM deployment systems and other equipment inventory a plus

Certificates and Technical Skills

OSX, iOS, Windows and Android support experience

MDM deployment experience, inventory management, pushing apps is a plus
-
2-4 years professional IT experience in a IT Support and Equipment deployment and maintenance role

Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related field preferred

Familiarity in the Education sector is a plus

A+ - certification, and or ACMT – Apple Certificate (a plus)
