Data and Campaign Services Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Senior Database Administrator
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Crossroads is looking for a full time Data and Campaign Services Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to the Advancement office. This individual will be a key member of the Database team and support a variety of fundraising and data management projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter and maintain constituent data within Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, including gift entry.

Generate all gift receipts/donor acknowledgements in a timely manner.

Fulfill input as well as output data requests.

Provide data and support for solicitations, including segmented mailings and email campaigns.

Aid in preparing gift data and donor lists for the School’s Annual Report.

Coordinate data updates between Education Edge, Raiser’s Edge and our Website.

Export data for Push Page communications.

Manage all matching gift tracking and collection

Audit data for errors and inconsistencies.

Provide technical support and training to Development colleagues for Raiser’s Edge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires experience with database management, preferably Raiser’s Edge. Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain discretion with respect to confidential information is essential. The Coordinator must possess the ability to be extremely accurate and consistent with data/record keeping; have an affinity for data management, financial systems, and technology matched with an inquisitive disposition. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced office and pitch in when needed, and be able to manage simultaneous priorities effectively, with exceptional judgment and integrity. In addition, the Coordinator must be a strategic database thinker capable of developing, implementing and coordinating policies and procedures related to gift reports.
