Director of Educational Technology
The Director of EducationalTechnology will provide technical assistance and instruction to the faculty in support of the laptop program at EHS. Specifically, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and deliver effective training programs to incorporate more technology into the curricula.

Provide training on and support for the Faculty Web Portal, other website-related needs, and peripheral devices.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support for the Faculty Tech Mentors.

Advise the Technology Leadership Team.

Compile and provide periodic metrics and reports on the progress of technology objectives and initiatives.

Promote responsible online social networking.

Assist with other activities as identified by the Director of Institutional Technology.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
2+ years of experience in working in technology and teaching at the high school level

Proficiency in working with multiple platforms (Mac, Windows…), peripheral devices, MS Office, and social media tools

Demonstrated willingness and ability to be patient, empathic, supportive, and service-oriented

Demonstrated ability and success in working independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated desire and ability to be creative and innovative

Solid oral and written communication skills
