| Job Summary: | Supervises Spears School of Business Information Technology staff. Oversees technical support for all Spears faculty, staff and lab computers. Initiates and manages technology initiatives and upgrades for SSB. Provides authoritative advice and council to Spears Technology users. |

| Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
Seven years of experience in computer support and management activities.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse work force is required. Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (desktop and server), working knowledge of shared Microsoft Outlook calendar setup and permissions, familiarity with general networking concepts and file/resource planning and permissions, familiarity with Microsoft Group Policy, an understanding of Virtual desktop technology. Extensive IT support or management experience in an enterprise environment using Active Directory and Group policy to manage a large number of systems, programming or scripting experience, some Microsoft Windows server management experience, working knowledge of VMware virtual desktop technology, familiarity with disk imaging and Microsoft SCCM. |
