I enjoy my position as Head of STEAM and IB MYP Design Teacher at Carmel School Association - Elsa High School, in Hong Kong. But my wife and I plan to return to the USA this summer. I would be pleased to know another caring teacher will continue to develop our project-based learning opportunities in this wonderful, small international school:

#jobposting Carmel School - Elsa High School is looking for Director of STEAM Education and Initiatives! Small bespoke IB Continuum International School in Hong Kong is seeking a collaborative academic leader with creative problem solving skills and a proven track record in Design and the IB. 

A successful candidate will be a proactive and efficient teacher with an interdisciplinary mindset and a focus on inquiry led project-based learning. This candidate will lead STEAM-based initiatives in a design-based environment, helping students to actively realize their creative potential, removing limitations and replacing them with wonder, critique, inquiry, and innovation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience teaching MYP Design 

• Experience teaching IBDP Comp Sci

• A Passion for Robotics, Coding, Engineering

• Experience with Product Design and Digital Design
