Technology and Maker Teacher
Wooster School seeks a Technology and Maker teacher with a strong background in computer science, design thinking, and making. This role is primarily an Upper School position, but will also involve some work with Middle School students. The ideal candidate will thus have a capacity, flexibility, and desire to teach across grade levels and divisions. Candidates should be curious students of the art and science of teaching and learning, particularly in the context of competency-based education and personalized instruction. They should demonstrate a flexible, positive, and a can-do disposition, and should have experience and be interested in innovative math teaching and the use of technology.
The Role
Full-time Wooster teachers:
- Participate in our advisory program
- Play a role in our afternoon programming
- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning through continued professional development
Salary & Benefits
