The Technology Marketing Support Specialist will report to the directors of the AIM Institute and work closely with other Institute members and AIM’s Director of Technology and Director of Communications and Marketing.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce - CRM platform - provide management and troubleshooting

  • Zoom and webinar setup and management

  • Assist facilitators in managing presentations and demos, running online call, and advance tech planning for presentations on and off campus.

  • Create emails, content and schedules for ongoing digital marketing campaigns and professional development course communications.

  • Create monthly Institute PD Newsletter and assist with creation of Institute Quarterly

  • Develop, maintain and update lists used in marketing campaigns and for program participants

  • Run analytic reports and perform data analysis on campaigns

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with G-suite and Excel

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Experience with video conferencing, marketing and database management preferred
