IT Associate - Technical Support Coordinator
Dana Hall School seeks candidates for the position of IT Associate – Technical Support Coordinator. The individual in this position will be accountable for:

Providing Tier I technical phone, email, and walk-in support to the Dana Hall community for software and hardware problems

Addressing Windows and macOS hardware and software issues

Supporting iOS devices as a key resource for the School’s 1:1 iPad program

Addressing matters of network connectivity, including wired and wireless configurations

Assisting in the deployment and configurations for Cisco VOIP phones, speakers, and other devices as well as printers

Supporting audio/visual systems on campus, as well as providing coordination, setup, and support of audio/visual equipment for presentations, lectures, and other major events on campus in conjunction with the School’s Special Events staff as needed.

Assisting in the deployment and installation of hardware and software, as well as contributing to the training of end-users

Providing other duties, as assigned
Successful candidates will be creative, curious, professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and productive, as well as have a strong work ethic and an ability to work effectively and multi-task in an active school environment. Candidates should have an ability to work collaboratively and independently. This position works in coordination with the other professional staff within the School’s Technology Department.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical-related field. A working knowledge of Google Apps management is preferred. Experience and knowledge in live sound and projection, as well as experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote, is desired. Candidates must be able to remain seated for extended periods of time, as well as lift and move computer and peripheral equipment up to 60 lbs. Periodic evening and weekend hours are to be expected.
This is a 12-month, full-time position reporting to the Director of Information Systems.
