San Diego Jewish Academy, a private college prep PK-12 school, seeks a part-time (20 hours per week) Database Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Database Coordinator is responsible for managing system data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database, user account maintenance, data input & output, reporting, and end-user training & support. This role will assume primary responsibility for ensuring optimal uses of database functionality to support department goals and functions company-wide, specifically in the Advancement and Admissions departments.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent, relevant experience
Two years of increasingly responsible experience working with complex databases, troubleshooting problems, and designing queries and reports
Advanced user in Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Admin+ preferred but not required
Highly organized, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide concise, accurate and timely reports
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
