St. Andrew’s Episcopal School seeks an experienced and innovative Chief Information Officer (CIO) to begin July 2022 (or sooner)

Founded in 1978, St. Andrew’s is a co-educational independent day school, enrolling approximately 700 students in preschool through grade 12. Position Description: The Chief Information Officer is a 12-month, full-time senior leadership position that reports to the Chief Financial Officer of the School and is an integral member of the executive and academic leadership teams. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of the technology and communication infrastructure of the School. Qualified candidates will possess a proficiency in the configuration and support of Apple devices (Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager), network and border security devices (HPe/Aruba and Cisco), backend systems (VMWare, Windows Server, Veeam), as well as various academic and institutional cloud software providers (Blackbaud, Canvas, Google Apps for Education).
In addition to technical experience, the CIO must be able to articulate a shared institutional vision for the role of technology in the School and have an in-depth knowledge of the intersection of technology and academia. He/she will be responsible for a number of IT related budgets and the supervision of four full-time IT professionals. As a member of the senior management, the Director will be responsible for regular meetings with other members of the administration and working closely with department and division heads on all issues related to technology.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in information system and IT personnel management. A master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation/benefits: This 12-month, full-time position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
