Description:
Full-time, M-F, 7:30am-3:30pm

Serves as technology support to students, teachers, and staff at K-12 private school.

Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users of school computers, printers, sound system, and campus network. Prepares and maintains laptops and iPads for teacher and student use.

Performs minor desktop hardware repair.

Continually increase knowledge/skills necessary to maintain and improve upon computer- and technical-related performance.

Required: Two year college level course work in educational technology or information technology. Knowledge of desktop operating systems and various software applications and basic hardware for Mac/PC. Attention to detail/accuracy, time management and organization, ability to work as a team member.
