Educational Technology Associate

Whitfield School is accepting applications for an immediate opening on our educational technology team. The EdTech Associate is a full-time position open to those who are interested in a career in education and would like the opportunity to build knowledge of the issues related to teaching and learning through hands-on experience in a technology-rich environment.

The successful candidate will have a high level of comfort with—and enthusiasm for—personal technology. A keen interest in working closely with students and staff is a must, as are strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and follow-up skills. A typical week may include working in the technology support center, sitting in on meetings with various departments, co-teaching projects in the classroom with faculty, and preparing spaces for events. Other opportunities for growth may be available, such as additional technology or classroom responsibilities, student club sponsorship, and coaching.
