IT Technician

(Fixed-Term Contract)

Requirements:

Minimum National Diploma in Computer Studies with at least 1 year IT experience
A+ N+
Maintain school iPads using an MDM solution
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users
Logging support calls and provide status update to users
Acting as primary contact for all hardware, software and other IT related issues
Maintaining existing PCs and peripherals by performing upgrades and other routine procedures
Assisting with the maintenance of managed system software
Maintaining asset inventory of hardware and software
Wireless access point troubleshooting
Desktop support and infrastructure
Basic server support (DHCP, DNS, AD)
Deploy Bulk Operating Systems using WDS
Basic understanding of IP networks and cabling there of
Be willing to participate in the Catholic Ethos of the school
