This position is full-time with benefits and is overseen 50% by the Director of Marketing and Communications and 50% by the Director of Development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include overseeing, managing, and integrating all the databases for the school. The Database Manager will maintain accurate and clean data at all times. Responsibilities include data reporting, creating lists and mail merges as well as other data management including but not limited to:
Oversee the daily operation of the Development database (Raiser’s Edge)All data and gift entry and processing as well as report creation and managementManage system of tracking leadership donors and prospectsOversee general operation of all Enrollment and Communications Databases (WhippleHill and PCR)All data entry and information updates for students, faculty, staff, and board of trusteesAdminister Parent-Teacher conferences, student schedules and student evaluationsManage complex multi-faceted school calendar
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Training: Bachelor's degreeWork Experience: 3 or more years of related experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent computer skills, preferable proficiency in one or more of the following: Raiser's Edge, WhippleHill, or PCR. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Familiarity with current fundraising practices and accounting principles.Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to identify priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and use logic and analysis to solve computer software problems.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, parents and supervisors.
