IT Support Technician

Description:
Holy Nativity School, a PK3 to 6th grade Episcopal school in Aina Haina, is currently accepting resumes for a part-time (20 hrs/wk) IT Support Technician starting June 15 for a 12 month position. We are looking for a Technician who values collaboration, incorporates 21st Century learning skills, and has an understanding of Design Thinking. Skills Required:

MQ:
Certification in technology repair and/or equivalent job experience
Experience supporting Apple desktops and laptops
Experience supporting iPads and Apple TVs
Basic knowledge of educational and business software applications in order to support school staff and students including iWork
Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security.
Knowledge of basic web development

DQ:
4 year degree
Experience with Mobile device management (MDM) software
Experience with student information systems
Knowledge of web content management systems (WordPress, etc)

Job duties
1. Install, configure and manage computer hardware, peripherals and software.
2. Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware, peripherals and software systems.
3. Provide technical support to school staff and school sponsored technology provided to students.
4. Manage and support web based information and communication systems (Renweb and the school website)
5. Provide first level network support
