We are looking for a technology support person. This person should demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, have great communication skills, be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. This is a 12-month position.

The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of computer operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Apps. Experience with hardware, printers, projectors, digital cameras, and A/V systems are very important, as well as a basic understanding of networked environments. Some Mac experience is a plus.

The main responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and A/V related issues. In addition, this person will provide support for the faculty, staff, and administration with software applications. Special projects include building and deploying system images, as well as participation in end-user events, such as faculty and/or student training sessions.
