Network Engineer

Salary: $33.28 - $40.54 per hour

Knowledge of Network platforms and support as a general understanding of information systems. Operating systems used in the LAN/WAN environment. Telecommunications network design. State and Federal laws and regulations relating to telecommunications, teleprocessing and networks. Knowledge of Network equipment, such as servers, switches and routers. Desktop computer hardware and software. Security equipment, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and virus protection systems. Proper English usage, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary. An Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college. Two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year for year basis. Valid CA driver's license, resume, cover letter optional.
