Computer Science Teacher

Devon Preparatory School seeks candidates for the position of Computer Science Teacher.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach computer science classes for students in grades 6-12 in a school with motivated students who are academically strong in both math and science.

Working collaboratively with the school administration and colleagues in the math, science, and technology departments, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach computer science classes in the Middle School and Upper School. This is a full-time faculty position beginning immediately.The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field
• experience teaching computer science in a secondary setting
• comfort using both student-owned devices in a mobile lab setting and traditional computer lab classroom for instruction;
