Open Window School has an excellent opportunity for an individual to support grades 5-8 curriculum and instruction as an Innovation & Technology Associate Teacher Long-Term Sub in our fully outfitted Innovation & Technology Lab, a state-of the art innovation facility and fabrication lab for Twenty-First Century learning.
The Middle School Innovation & Technology Associate Teacher will assist in teaching technology, computer science, engineering design, and maker skills, as well as collaborate with faculty to design and coordinate interdisciplinary activities to promote innovative learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making, design thinking, project-based learning, and STEM education as well as experience or interest in working in a student-centered, collaborative, and inquiry-based educational environment.
This is a Long-Term Substitute position from Jan 3 – March 24, 2017.
