Secondary Science Teacher and STEM Coordinator

Isaac Newton Christian Academy is looking for a secondary science teacher/STEM Coordinator for the 2017-2018 school year.  The secondary science teacher/STEM coordinator teaches sections of science to students in 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th grades, and will grow to include 11th and 12th grades.  As the STEM coordinator, this person oversees the science and STEM instruction for the entire school, and manages the science lab and STEM lab.  The candidate is hired by the Board of Directors of the Linn Christian Education Association and the Head of School and is responsible to the Head of School.  This person supervises the students assigned to his or her care and is evaluated by the Head of School in accordance with the school's annual evaluation process.
