Position: Director of Technology & Innovation
Qualifications:
· Previous management/leadership experience in technology implementation and integration
· Strong understanding of strategic planning and annual goal development
· Previous experience managing and supervising personnel
· Post-secondary degree (master’s degree preferred)
· Excellent oral and written skills
The Mariemont City School District is seeking candidates who will establish and implement the vision and long-term plan for the integration of technology into all aspect of district operations. This individual must have successful experience in developing and implementing technology services and equipment and have the leadership skills to manage personnel effectively and efficiently. Additionally, this individual must possess demonstrated capability in the following key areas:
- Integrating technology into the district’s academic program.
- Coordinating the purchasing program for all district technology supplies, services and equipment.
- Overseeing the implementation of the district’s technology plan and infrastructure, including the student one-to-one program.
· Coordinating and managing data processing for the business operations of the school district.
· Coordinating and managing student achievement data.
· Providing direction and training on tracking information maintained by the district.Date of Employment: Negotiable
Compensation: Negotiable
