S.T.E.M/Design Technology Teacher

Island Pacific Academy is seeking an experienced S.T.E.M/Design Technology Teacher (Grades 6-10), for an instructional position beginning August 2017.

> Candidate qualifications include:
>
> - At least a BA or equivalent in Technology related fields or Education.
> - At least two years teaching experience.
> - A willingness to be an active and participating member of an innovative and caring group of professional educators.
>
> Candidates with knowledge of Engineering disciplines, Robotics, STEM Education or Design Thinking, PLTW preferred.
>
> Beyond classroom instruction, a willingness to oversee robotics club activities and competitions is desired.  Teachers regularly conference with students, parents and colleagues and are involved in all aspects of school life.
>
