Salary: $102,318 - $124,367

The skills and experience that will distinguish an ideal candidate from other applicants are:

• 5+ years of leading C#/.NET software development teams or departments producing enterprise-class solutions for K-12 students, teachers, and school administrators.
• 5+ years of experience with at least one established data analytics language (TSQL, Python, R) and at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• 5+ years of management and project management experience and skills.
• Experience with state and federal assessments for K12.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of data mining algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, causal modeling, etc.) and the ability to apply the appropriate algorithm to a given business problem.
• Experience developing and leading strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations in the planning, development, and implementation of software and data-driven solutions.
