Director of Information Technology

St. Pius X Catholic High School, an Archdiocesan high school located in Atlanta, GA has an immediate opening for a Director of Information Technology. The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree (MIS, CS or related) or 3 years minimum of equivalent experience. Responsibilities include: • Manage IT department, IT research and development, financial planning, and the day-to-day systems and network. •    Implement strategic technology initiatives such as: incorporating technology with organizational goals, technology platform decision making, developing integration strategies, testing emerging technologies, and forecast budgeting. •    Implement, administer, and manage all Servers and Databases, currently including o    Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016) - Active Directory Servers, File & Print Servers, WDS MDT, SQL, PowerSchool, Blackbaud (Education Edge, Financial Edge, Raiser's Edge), Ruckus ZoneDirector, Digital Signage, Spiceworks, App-V, etc. o    Linux (Debian & Red Hat) - Postfix(Mail), Syslog, Squid (proxy), Apache (web), Gateways, Firewalls, etc. o    VMWare Hosts - ESXi 5 - 6, SAN storage •    Manage Cloud Services, including GSuite (Google Apps), Office365, Google Vault, Haiku (PowerSchool Learning), Zscaler, OpenDNS and Meraki MDM •    Manage Extreme Networks switches, Fortinet Fortigate Firewall •    Manage IP telephone system (Avaya PBX) •    Oversee IP security camera system (ExaqVision, IP cameras, analog cameras) •    Maintain campus-wide card access security system (eMerge) •    Manage digital signage server and system (Carousel Tightrope, Xibo, LED signage) Qualified candidates should send their resumes with a cover letter to Marsha Free, Executive Assistant to the President and Principal at mfree@spx.org.
