The Help Desk Adminstrator is primarily responsible for responding to technical support requests of students, faculty/staff, and other constituents on demand in a 1:1 mobile device (iPad) environment. This is a staff position and reports to the Director of Information Technology. General office hours are 8:00-4:30, but requires occasional evening and weekend work including a rotating on-call schedule with other department members.
