Computer Technology Specialist

Salary: $4531-$5783/month

Organizational Overview: Under the supervision of the Director of Technology performs routine maintenance and repairs on computers. Work collaboratively with school sites and district office. Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs routine maintenance and repairs computers, printers, disc drives and peripherals * Set up all computer equipments as necessary * Performs tests on computer equipment to insure proper performance * Ability to follow written and oral instructions * Perform job duties consistent with all laws, education code and all district polices, regulations and procedures. * Performs other duties consistent with job description. Training and Experience: Completion of the twelfth grade or equivalent Two years of prior experience working maintenance and computer repair is desirable Physical Effort/Work Environment: Moderate to heavy physical effort; regular handling of computer systems and monitors. Physical ability to perform required work includes walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
