Description/Notes: This position acts as the primary contact between the campus and district technology department. Performs on-site training and technical support to staff and students at assigned campus. Acts as an extension of the technology department to ensure continuity of district methods, procedures, and direction on campus. Respond to work order requests and provide first level technical support for end user devices (computers, printers, etc.). Assist principal, teachers and staff with learning technology tools and best practices.
Qualifications: High School Diploma. Technical certification such as (MOS, Google Apps) preferred but not required. Special Knowledge/Skills:Good interpersonal skills. Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of computer hardware, software and learning technology tools. Basic to intermediate computer technical experience.
Salary Range: Technical Paygrade 201, daily rate $149.20 - $182.00 commensurate with experience.
