The Technology Support Specialist reports to the Director of Information and Innovation and is an essential member of the Technology Support Team. This individual is the initial point of contact and front-line support person for students and employees.  Minimum qualifications for the position include a high school education and experience working in an office environment.  This individual must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relay technical information to, the layperson, are essential.  Essential duties and responsibilities include answering all forms of inquiries including in-person requests for assistance from students, faculty and staff experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.   Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative way with all members of the Tech Team.  Send cover letter and resume to Joe LePain: lepainj@rpcs.org.
