The College of Computer & Information Sciences at Regis University invites applications for a full-time, 12-month appointment at the level of Assistant Professor. Candidates with outstanding credentials may be considered at the Associate Professor level. |

Major Duties and Responsibilities |
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the data and information environment that supports all programs by the College of Computer & Information Sciences. Additionally, she/he will teach courses in an accelerated and/or online setting. Additionally, she/he will oversee the data and information needs for CC&IS, with focused research on learning assurance in Computer and Information Science disciplines. Applicants must exhibit excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with undergraduate and graduate students in traditional and nontraditional formats. The Data & Information Director is responsible for seeking grants to for lab sustainability, and to support research and scholarship related to CC&IS programs. Minimum Qualifications |
An earned Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computing Sciences, Software Engineering or closely related field. Candidates with a Masters’ degree may be considered at the level of an Instructor. |
Preferred Qualifications |
The ideal candidate will have experience advising, mentoring, and teaching students. Please note any experience you have teaching graduate as well as undergraduate students. Also note your experience teaching in the classroom environment as well as teaching in an online environment. Candidates who have industry experience and have successfully led and managed the successful delivery of significant and major computer lab projects are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will also have experience with program management. Please note any experience you have.
