Teacher of Technology and Coding

The Rumson Country Day is seeking a teacher of Technology and Coding, both required courses at RCDS. This full-time position requires dual competencies. The first involves managing our school shop, a fully equipped woodshop with the versatility to teach robotics, electronics, and other technology classes. The second involves teaching coding to our lower and upper school students. In addition to relevant skills and pedagogical knowledge, this teacher must evince a love of working with young people. Our teachers also work with children beyond the classroom as activity sponsors, coaches, and trip leaders. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s degree is desired. Independent School experience is preferred.
