ROLE of the POSITION
The Desktop Support Analyst is primarily responsible for the technical needs related to desktop support for all Campus Life departments. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing desktop related systems and technical documents; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; and providing technical assistance. Specifically, duties include review and purchase of computer, printer and other technology related equipment and other projects as assigned. Some evening and weekend work required. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule required.

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 2 years experience required. Comptia A+ and/or PC manufacture certification (Apple, Dell, Lenovo), student staff supervision, project management, and inventory control experience preferred. Successful candidates will have the ability to interact effectively with a side diversity of people, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate well in verbal and written form.
SALARY RANGE
Salary is $48,410. Position is contingent upon funding.
