Marymount High School is seeking a part-time (30 hours per week) Admission Associate/Database Coordinator for the 2018-2019 school year. The Admission Associate/Database Coordinator is part of the collaborative admission team with the primary responsibility of maintaining and managing the admission database for all inquiries and applicants. Also assists with the day-to-day support for the admission process assisting with admission events and other admission recruitment efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Maintain and update all inquiries and applications on a daily basis in the admission database (currently Onboard/Blackbaud) making sure all data is accurate and checking for duplicates and relationships with current families and alumnae.
- Maintain application hard copy files and database check list as application materials are completed.
- Data Entry—enters all ISEE scores and grades from Student transcripts.
- Prepare inquiry letters and mailings to all prospective families from inquiry to admit/enrollment packets.
- Track all admission event reservations and attendance for events. Make check-in sheets nametags and folders for all events—on and off campus.
- Assist in communicating with prospective families as needed such as reminder calls for interviews.
- Assist Director with gathering data for monthly enrollment reports as needed for the Head of School, Board of Trustees.
- Maintain and update contact information with feeder schools.
- Assist as needed for events and department projects (Meet Marymount, Open house, Welcome event, etc.)
- Assist with push page email communications to families as needed.
- Assist as needed with other department projects
Qualifications:
- BA with at least two years of work experience in related field
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Must be tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel and in admission database experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products and merging.
- Knowledge of GoogleApps (especially GoogleForms & GoogleSheets)
- Knowledge of Blackbaud’s “On” products
